Since Barrio has opened their doors they have made a name for themselves as the premier Latin fusion restaurant in the twin cities. Now with multiple locations they also have a food truck. The truck has a changing menu of 3 or 4 tacos, chips/guac and some fruity beverages like Jarritos. My favorite dish at the restaurant and truck is the mahi mahi taco. It is served with perfectly fried mahi mahi, 2 corn tortillas, chipotle mayo, pico de gallo and cucumber. This taco is awesome. Whether you go to the restaurants or the truck I suggest starting off with this taco.
Looks amazing! I’ve been craving fish tacos. I recently bought a tortilla press and made my own tortillas! it was fun and super easy. Now I need to buy some fish.
