I’ve eaten at Big River Pizza several times and I’ve fallen in love. They have a wood fire oven on wheels that is hauled by a pick up. They use awesome seasonal ingredients and know how to blend flavors. My favorite pizza so far is the bacon jam slam (seen below). Nothing like meat jam and runny egg yolk in the morning. You can find this place at 49th and Chowen at the Fulton Farmers Market every Saturday. I highly recommend checking this place out.
